In the current version, the form prepares a request within the interface but does not transmit it to Pacturion or store it in a database operated by Pacturion. It must not be used for confidential or urgent information.
Local storage
The website uses a session indicator named “pacturion-intro-seen” to play the opening sequence only once per session. It remains in the browser and is not used by Pacturion for profiling.
Technical data and providers
Hosting, security and authentication may involve technical-data processing by the relevant providers, including IP addresses, security logs or account information. Roles, locations and retention periods will be inventoried before public release.
Future collection
Before connecting the form, Pacturion will specify required data, purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods, possible transfers outside the EEA and security measures.
Your rights
Depending on the processing, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability and withdraw consent when applicable. A complaint may be submitted to the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
